BEFORE INSTALLATION
- Professional Installation would be highly recommended,please seek assistance at local automotive shop if you have any difficulties in installing.
- Safety comes first | Do not start to work on any vehicle without protection.
- An assistant would be better assist you in the bumper disassembly work.
- Keep cautions to prevent being scratched when working on any parts from the body of the vehicle.
- Do not touch the bulbs or the wire assembly before they are cooled to avoid the burns.

STEP-1
- 0pen the hood.
- Remove (1) bolt securing the headlamp to fender panel.
- Pull up and remove (1) headlamp retainer.
- Pull the headlamp away from the vehicle and remove the connector.
STEP-2
- Remove the dust caps to access to the bulbs.
- Disconnect electrical connector from bulbs.
- Twist bulbs counterclockwise and remove from the old headlamp.
STEP-3
- Remove the dust caps on the new headlamp.
- Install bulbs into the new headlamp, twist clockwise to secure.
- Connect electrical connector to bulbs.
- Install the dust caps back to the headlamp.
STEP-4
- Place the new headlamp on vehicle and guiding the alignment pins insert into the hole.
- Adjust the headlamp slightly to install (1) headlamp retainer and (1) bolt.
STEP-5
- Place the new headlamp on vehicle and guiding the alignment pins insert into the hole.
- Adjust the headlamp slightly to install (1) headlamp retainer and (1) bolt.
WARM TIPS
Before you begin to adjust the light, make sure check the alignment of your lights first. Park the vehicle about 10 to 25 feet from the wall with the lights aimed at the wall. The centerlines of the headlights should not be any higher than 3.5 feet above the ground.
- Find the adjustment screws.
- Adjust the headlights individually.
- Adjust the vertical field.
- Test your results.
