Shoulder Base Plate Setup

  • Press the safety pin on the shoulder base plate and push the black pin upwards so that the top plate can quickly move out.

  • Mount the camera by aligning the camera’s mounting thread with the top plate, as shown in the image.

    Note    : The shoulder plate has 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes for storing additional screws.

  • After mounting the camera, secure it using a screwdriver. Now attach the top plate to the bottom plate and slide it inwards.

    Note: The baseplate features a front-to-back sliding plate for quick positioning of your camera and accessories and optimum adjustment of your camera’s weight distribution.
  • Set the camera’s position and lock it by pushing the safety pin.

    Note: Shoulder Baseplate allows quick attaching/detaching camera setup fastened by safety pins and ratchet knobs.

  • Insert the 300mm long rods from the opposite side of the shoulder base plate and secure them with the help of a ratchet knob.

    Note: There are 15mm(dia) rods on the front and back to accommodate more camera accessories.
    Note: Shoulder base plate also supports RED (DSMC2), Arri (Amira and Alexa Mini), Sony (Venice, FS7, FS7M2, F5, F55, EX1, EX3), Canon (C200, C300, C300M2, C700), Panasonic (EVA1, Cinema Varicam LT 4k S35), Blackmagic (Ursa Mini), and many other camera models with interchangeable lenses.
