KOHLER® Faucet Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets* manufactured after January 1, 1997, to be leak and drip free during normal residential usage for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. If the faucet should leak or drip during normal usage, Kohler Co. will, free of charge, mail the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in working condition.
Kohler Co. also warrants all other aspects of the faucet or accessories and finishes** to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair or replace a defective product that is covered by this warranty where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage.*** This warranty applies only to KOHLER faucets purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America, excluding Brazil (“Americas”).
If the faucet is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Kohler Co. warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase (or, for purchases in California, the date of delivery if later than the date of purchase).
When used in a leased or rented residential single or multi-family unit, including duplexes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments, Kohler Co. warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase (or, for purchases in California, the date of delivery if later than the date of purchase) to the original purchaser who owns the property but does not live there. Excluded are installations in public, industrial, or for any business purpose, such as hospitality or healthcare, which would be considered commercial use, referenced above
Because Kohler Co. cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Kohler Co. or a Kohler Co. authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Kohler Co. reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Damage caused by improper installation, alteration to the product, accident, negligence, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.**** Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the faucet.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased or delivered (for purchases in California) and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO EACH COMPONENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KOHLER CO. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

* Kohler Co. reserves the right to inspect an alleged defective product on-site or require you to mail back the product at your expense.
* Non-Vibrant and painted or powder coated finishes, fittings; all items within the “Fixture Related” section of the Kohler Faucets Price Book, drains, Duostrainer® sink strainers, soap/lotion dispensers, Moxie® Wireless Speaker; and faucets used in commercial settings, and outside of the Americas, are covered by Kohler Co.’s one-year limited warranty.
** Excluded from this warranty are specialty and exclusive finishes. Organic, non-Vibrant®, non-chrome finishes are warranted only if manufactured after January 1, 2019.

**** Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents not recommended for KOHLER finishes. This will void the warranty. See Care & Cleaning recommendations at kohler.com/clean.
