How do I manually reset my Jabra Elite/Elite Active 75t to the default settings?
When you reset your Jabra true wireless earbuds, current earbud settings and any previous pairings with mobile devices will be cleared. Follow these steps to reset.
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case and ensure they are turned on.
- Simultaneously press and hold (approximately 10 seconds) the Right and Left buttons until the LEDs briefly flash purple (note that the LED on the right earbud will flash blue repeatedly before it flashes purple).
The earbuds have now been reset. The LED on the right earbud will automatically turn blue to indicate pairing mode.
Before you re-pair your earbuds with your mobile device, remember to delete/forget the previous pairing of the Jabra Elite/Elite Active 75t in the Bluetooth menu. Refer to the user manual of your mobile device for instructions.
Note You can repeat these steps if you are unsuccessful or to verify the results.
