- Two or more people are required for the assembly of this product.
- Secure this product properly before moving it with a forklift.
- Do not tow the product with power equipment.
- Do not alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external lock bars or attach electrical equipment.
- Before locking the top locker, ensure there are no obstructions in order for the door to completely close and lock bars to work properly.

Warranty
This Husky Professional Grade product includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty, whereas the manufacturer warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s useful life. If any part of this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and purchaser’s exclusive remedy, is to provide replacement parts at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling.
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, setup, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
This warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance, or a failure of the product as a result of use in a highly corrosive environment, improper storage, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.
The manufacturer does not warrant and specifically disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacture specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor/expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product.

This Husky 63.5 in. Top Locker is designed as a set and only intended to be used with the Husky Professional Duty system, which includes the following products:

⚠ CAUTION: Two people are required for assembly.
- Setting the Top Locker
□ Attach both side handles using 8 pcs Bolts (CC) and tighten with supplied Hex Key (DD) or Hex Bit (HH).
□ Peel off the paper back from the 2 EVA Spacers (EE), and fax in the appropriate position toward the rear of the Top Locker (A).
□ Gently place the Top Locker to the top left side of the existing Hutch and Side Locker.
NOTE: Husky Professional 27.5 in. Side Lockers are required on both sides of the 72 in. Workbench and Hutch in order for the 63.5 in Top Locker installation.
2 Attach the Top Lockers to the Hutch & Side Locker.
□ Open the Top Locker door.
□ Attach the Top Locker (A) using 4 pcs M8*60 flat bolts (AA) and 4 pcs washers (BB) with supplied Hex Key (DD) or Hex Bit (HH) in the 4 corners.
□ Do not tighten bolts until both lockers are attached and flush.
□ Remove the 2 Side handles (B) from the Top Locker (A) and repeat Step 1 and 2 for the 2nd Top Locker installation.
□ Once both Top Lockers are attached and the front and top edges are flush with the existing Hutch and Side Lockers, then tighten all 8 bolts (AA). Be careful not to overtighten.
□ The Husky® Logo badge (C) is magnetic and can be moved to either side of the Top Locker.
□ If desired, the 2 Side Handles (B) can be attached to the ends of the Top Lockers, or removed.
3 Plastic
□ Plugs Insert the Plastic Plugs (FF&GG) into the remaining open holes on the side and top walls of the Top Locker (A) per the diagram below.
4 Kwikset Smartkey® Lock Operation
□ This product has been equipped with the Kwikset Smartkey® locks which allow you to easily program each lock cylinder to a specific key code to match other Kwikset keyed products.
□ The lock cylinders have been factory keyed to the corresponding alphabetic lettering found on the Kwikset Smartkey® label located on the back of the key chain, as well as affixed to the product itself.
□ Please see the Kwikset Smartkey® supplemental instructions for keying and re-keying the locks.
Maintenance
□ Periodically clean the door fronts, trim, and other surfaces with a mild detergent and water.
□ Remove grease and oil with a standard non-flammable cleaning fluid.
□ This product has been coated with an industrial UV-resistant power coating for a durable and long lasting finish. To help protect the coating, do not allow harsh chemicals to remain on the surface for extended periods of time.
