My Fitness
From My Fitness menu, you can track your steps, calories burnt, active Multisport time, and your day’s sleep. You can also tap on the screen to view 24 hour activity data and even change your goals right from the watch.
Phone
- During pairing and on-boarding, you receive a pop-up for connecting BT calling. Tap on pair to enable BT calling on your watch.
- In the Phone menu, you can check your recent calls, contacts you
Favourite Contacts
- In App Settings, go to My Watch > Favourite Contacts.
- Select the contacts that you wish to add as your favourites. You can select upto 10 favourite contacts. Press Save once you have selected your favourite contacts.
- Once you are done selecting, you can then reposition those 10 contacts as per your wish. Press save once you are done repositioning the same.
- After that, the app will start uploading those contacts as shortcuts in your watch.
- You can delete any contact by swiping left against a name and tap on “remove”. You can also change the order of names by long pressing a name and rearranging the order.
- Once you delete a contact, there will be 9 contacts left so automatically ‘add more’ option will be displayed below and you can repeat the process to add a contact.
- And there it is, you can now call them directly through your watch (if BT calling is paired with your phone.)
Alexa
Reflex Limitless FS1 has In-Built Alexa which helps you ease your process of using the watch. You can now command your watch and
setup reminders, alarms, ask the internet and much more. To setup Alexa, you need to first login your Amazon Account in the App. Make sure your watch and app are connected.
Once your account is set-up, you can get all the things done from the watch.
For e.g. “Set an alarm for 8 am”. The watch will automatically set the alarm for you.
Multisports
Fastrack Limitless FS1 brings you all new 100+ Multisports with enhanced activity tracking. Your watch uses Al Coach to train you and help outperform yourself each time. Each sport is designed in its own unique way with goal setting designed for each sport.
You can even listen, change, increase volume and play/pause music while your multisport is active.
Note –
Smart Competitor is an AI Coach tool which competes with you according to the details that you select before starting your sport. It is only available for running.
Sports Records
All the sports that you have recently used will be recorded and saved in Sports Records. You can even delete one record or all the records as per your choice.
Heart Rate
Tap on Heart Rate from the main menu to check and measure your heart rate. View your 24 hour readings and your max and min heart rate value.
SpO2
You can measure your SpO2 levels in just a few seconds. Tap on Spo2 from the main menu and let the watch measure a reading. View your 24 readings taken in the last 24 hours.
Stress
Track your stress levels by using this feature which can help you control your stress.
Sleep
If you wear your watch while you sleep, it can track your sleep data with total sleep time, went to bed time and woke up time too.
Breathe
To control stress, this watch helps you ease out through breathe feature. Just relax and let the watch guide you to control your breathing.
Clock Features
In the Clock menu, you can access alarm, stopwatch and timer.
Alarm
Set up alarms on your Fastrack Limitless FS1. You can set up alarms right from the watch itself. You can also delete, turn on/ off the alarm. Now have full control over your watch.
Stopwatch
Tap on stopwatch to start the timer. Start your stopwatch, create laps for your run and reset once done.
Timer
You can set timers for your exercise and the watch alerts you once the timer is up.
Weather
You can check the current weather of your city/place. You can also see weather forecasts for the next 2 days.
My Cycle
Women Health feature has been added specially for women that can be used to track menstrual cycle. It can also be used to track the last period, next period, ovulation period and ovulation day with it’s unique tracking process.
Music
Have full control over your music right on your watch. Play/ Pause, or go to Next/ Previous song with just simple taps. You can even adjust volume, no need to find your phone!
Camera
Open Camera from the main menu. Tap on the camera icon to open the In-app camera. Tap again to capture an image.
Find Phone
With the watch’s Find Phone feature you can find your phone if misplaced. Your phone will start to ring and vibrate.
Note: Tap on the notification from the Fastrack Reflex World app to turn off the phone ring.
Settings
Have full control over your watch from the watch settings panel like Display, Sound and Vibration Settings.
Watch Faces
Change your watchface saved in the watch.
Display
Change the watch’s Brightness level, Screen-On time and Lift to View setting as per your comfort, right from the watch itself.
Sounds and Vibration
Turn on/off silent mode, adjust ringer volume and vibration intensity.
DND Mode
You can control DND mode right on your watch. You can even schedule DND according to your time.
Battery Level
View your battery percentage and enter power saving mode if required.
General
Turn off your watch, restart or even reset your watch from General Settings.
About
View your model number, watch firmware version.

App Functions
Dashboard
App’s dashboard displays your current day’s record of sleep, steps and multisports.
The status of the active tasks for the current day is shown here.
Below active tasks, you have health shortcuts to quickly go through your heart rate or sleep or any other health features.
Health
All your health features can be seen as cards where you can get the details of your sleep, heart rate, multisports, SpO2, etc. You can even change/edit the cards you want.
01. Heart Rate
You can check your daily, weekly and monthly Heart Rate readings with a trend graph.
02. Multisports
You can view all your activities performed in the multisport dashboard. Also view your weekly or monthly sports performed. Tap on an activity to view in-depth analysis.
03. Sleep
You can check your total sleep, and sleep debt compared to your sleep goal with a graph. It also shows the record of Light, Deep Sleep, Awake time and REM Sleep. View your daily, weekly and monthly sleep trends. You are also assigned scores for your sleep which can help you know about your quality of sleep.
04. SpO2
You can check your daily, weekly and monthly latest, maximum and minimum SpO2 levels with a trend graph.
05. Stress
You can check your daily, weekly and monthly latest, maximum, minimum and latest stress levels with a trend graph. It also shows avg. stress.
Women Health
Women Health feature has been added specially for women that can be used to track menstrual cycle. It can also be used to track the last period, next period, ovulation period and ovulation day with it’s unique tracking process.
How to pair the app and watch for tracking periods?
Select female while on-boarding. In Fastrack Reflex World app, go to Health > My Cycle and fill in your details like last period day, period days, cycle length.
Go to My Cycle and view your dashboard and even add symptoms you may face.
Community
You can check your community rankings with their rank, name and points they have gained. You can view global as well as local community.
Watchfaces
You can explore new watchfaces, check your in-use/downloaded watchfaces and you can create
custom watchfaces by taking a photo or uploading image from your gallery.
Settings
You can see your Name first in your settings. You can view and edit your profile details.
You can choose to turn on/off notifications on your watch. Click on “Turn On Notifications” and allow the app for Notification access from your phone settings. You can now enable/ disable Notifications for individual apps.
You can check/change the settings for Goals, Health, My Watch, General and About section.
Goals
You can change step, sleep and multisport goal from this settings just as you added the goals while onboarding.
Health
Modify your health settings like setting up Auto Heart Rate alert on your watch or setting up Sedentary & Hydration alert, etc. from the app settings panel.
My watch
Have more control over your watch like setting up alarms, adding Favourite Contacts, and much more features from here.
Edit Sports Modes
You can now choose which sports to be displayed on your watch.
Use left icons to add/remove sports and use the right three line icon to change order of the sports.
About
You can check your app version, firmware version, privacy policy, user manual to check all the processes, about other products and about the company.

Hardware Related
1. I am unable to switch On the Limitless FS1. What should I do?
A: Scenario 1: If the Limitless FS1 is just out of the box, then you need to charge it until 100% charge is achieved. Scenario 2: If you have switched off the watch from the settings option then you need to connect it to the charger to switch on the watch. Scenario 3: The watch charging cable might have an issue because of which it’s not charging the watch. Hence, you may need to change your charger. After trying the above scenarios, if the issue still persists, please reach out to 18002660123 or send a mail to smartdesk@titan.co.in
2. I have misplaced my charging cable. Where can I get that?
A: You need to visit the nearest service center and purchase it from there. This will be based on the availability of the charger/cable at that service center.
3. Do I get an additional strap with the watch?
A: No, you don’t get an additional strap with the watch.
4. How long should I charge the watch to be 100%?
A: Watch gets fully charged in about 2 hours.
5. What is the specification required for smartphones to connect with Fastrack Limitless FS1?
A: Android 10.0 + and iOS 13.0 +
6. Are the charger and strap covered under warranty?
A: No, the charger and strap are not covered under warranty.

1. Which application should I download to connect my watch to the smartphone?
A: The application that needs to be downloaded is “Fastrack Reflex World”. It is available both on Google Play Store & App Store.
2. How do I pair my Fastrack Limitless FS1 watch?
A: You can easily pair your Fastrack Limitless FS1 by following the below process –
Download the Fastrack Reflex World app from Google Playstore/ Apple Appstore
Mobile Registration:
Select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions and enter your mobile number. On the next screen, enter the OTP received to complete the registration.
Permissions & Access:
Provide necessary permissions to enable various features available on your Fastrack Limitless FS1.
Pairing:
The next step is to pair the watch with the phone through the Fastrack Reflex World app.
To do this,
Tap on “Permit” to allow the app to access your phone Camera and Bluetooth.
You can now pair your Fastrack Limitless FS1 through 2 methods.
Scan the QR code shown on the watch to pair it.
You can also click “Search Manually”. Tap on “Permit” to allow the app to turn on Location. Your Fastrack Limitless FS1 would be detected. Click on “Continue” and you are done.
The next step is to create a user profile in the application. Enter the details like Name, Gender, Birthday, Height, Weight, Sleep Duration Goal, Multisports Goal, and Step Goal.
The application will be ready for you to use and you will be able to experience the new journey in the Fastrack Reflex World.
3. How do I connect BT Calling feature on my watch?
A: Once you pair your watch with the Fastrack Reflex World application, a pop up comes on your app during onboarding, enable and permit the BT Pairing request, and your BT Calling is automatically connected. You will be able to see active icons in your watch BT Calling screen.
4. Can I save my Favorite Contacts within the watch?
A: Yes, with the new Fastrack Limitless FS1, you can save your favorite contacts within the watch and make calls directly through the watch without the hassle of swiping through the phone.
Go to Settings in the Fastrack Reflex World App and navigate to Favorite Contacts under My Watch. You would be displayed your phone contacts now. Select the contacts you wish to save as favorite contacts in the watch and save your selection. You can remove any contact by swiping from right to left against a contact. You can now add another contact through the same process. Rearrange your contacts as you wish to see them in your watch by long pressing a contact and rearranging the order. Tap on “Save” after you have made your selections. You can save up to 10 contacts on your watch.
This would sync your watch with the contacts you have selected. To view your contacts in the watch, go to Home Screen >Main Menu>Phone.
5. How do I add an Alarm in the watch?
A: In the new Fastrack Limitless FS1, you can now add alarms right from your watch. Just head over to Clock>Alarm from the Main Menu. Tap on “+” icon and select the time and the days for the alarm and your alarm would be set up.
Alternatively, you can also set alarms from the app settings.
6. What all features I can access in the Quick Settings of the watch?
A: Swipe down from the Home Screen. Here you have the option of turning on DND, control Brightness, Lift to View, Flashlight, Alarm, Low Power Mode, Find Phone, Water Drain and Watch Settings shortcut.
7. How do I access AI Coach for my Sport?
A: In Fastrack Limitless FS1, we bring you Smart Competitor for your running activity. Before the start of your activity, you can set your own customized pace, rolling pace which is the pace of the last km of your running or average pace which is the average of your pace up till now. During the sport you would be able to compete against you which will help you challenge yourself and perform better.
8. How do I access 100+ Multisports in my watch?
A: Go to the app settings and navigate to My Watch>Edit Sports. Here you would be able to see all the Multisports. You can add and replace up to 20 sports which would be synced to your watch.
9. How do I use Stress Monitor?
A: Navigate to Main Menu>Stress on your watch and your watch would start recording a measurement. You can also view 24 hour measurements right on your watch.
10. How do I turn on Auto SpO2 Monitor?
A: Navigate to app settings>Auto Blood Oxygen to turn on 24 hour SpO2 measurements, which can be viewed on your watch. You also have the option of setting a low blood oxygen alert on your watch. Navigate to app settings>Low Blood Oxygen alert and set a value below which you would be alerted on your watch.
11. Can I set High Stress Alert on my watch?
A: You can set high stress alert on your watch from app settings>High Stress alert. You would be alerted on your watch if your stress levels are high.
12. Can I control watch display settings?
A: You can control brightness, lift to view and screen-on time from the watch settings
13. Can I view my Heart Rate while performing a Multisport?
A: You are able to see a range of health metrics while performing a Multisport as per the activity. Once you start your sport, you would be able to see your Heart Rate, Calories burnt, and other health metrics related to the sport.
14. Every time I do a Multisport activity, after completion I see the watch saying “Workout was too short”. Why so?
A: A Multisport activity should be done for more than 2 minutes for the watch to capture data. Each Multisport activity has a different threshold duration, after which only the activity is recorded.
15. How to activate the Women’s Health Tracker?
A: The Women’s Health Tracker would be available only for female users. So make sure while onboarding in the Fastrack Reflex World app, you register as female gender.
Go to My Cycle in the Health Dashboard, you will need to enter your details like the period start date, cycle duration, period length. Your dashboard will be ready now. You can now add symptoms you may face during your period to keep track of your health.
16. Will I be able to check weather updates for other cities?
A: The watch will be able to show the weather updates of your current city only. Your current city will get detected based on the phone’s actual location. You can view the next 2 days of weather by scrolling in the “Weather” screen on the watch.
17. How can I check Heart Rate in my watch?
A: You need to go to the watch menu options and tap on “Heart Rate”. Your watch would automatically start recording a reading. Stay still while your watch is recording a measurement. You can also turn on “Auto HR” from the app Settings under health section.
18. What do I need to do to get the notifications on the Limitless FS1?
A: Notification access must be provided for the Fastrack Reflex World application from the phone settings.
On the app click on Settings > Turn On Notifications. This will redirect you to the Notification Access settings in your phone. Please provide the access to the Fastrack Reflex World app.
You can now select which app notification you would like to see on your watch.
19. How do I change my Watchface?
A:

- Long press on the watch home screen, swipe through the saved watchfaces and select your desired watchface.
- Select the watchfaces section from the bottom bar in the app dashboard to swipe through the saved watchfaces on your watch. Open the Fastrack Reflex World application and in the bottom panel you will get watchfaces. Select from a wide range of watchfaces.
20: Can I customize my own watchface?
A: Yes you will be able to customize your own watchface from the application by selecting watchfaces from the bottom bar. You can choose any image from your gallery or click a picture from your phone camera and use the image as your watchface.
21. What should be done to sync the Limitless FS1 with the application?
A: On opening the application on your smartphone, the Limitless FS1 data will be automatically synced. If you find that the watch is not synced or the data on the app is not changed you can swipe from top to bottom on the main page of the app and it will automatically sync with the watch.
22. How do I use camera control and where is the image saved in the phone?
A: Open the “Camera” from the watch menu. This will open a camera icon on your watch. Tap the icon to open the In-App Camera on your phone. Tap again to click a photo which will be saved in your phone’s gallery.
Note: The app needs to be opened in foreground, then only the In-App Camera would open when you click on the camera from the watch.
23. I am unable to receive the OTP for registering myself on the Fastrack Reflex World application. What can be done?
A: Please make sure that you have entered the correct and active mobile number for registration where you will receive the OTP via SMS.

24. I have purchased a new Fastrack Limitless FS1 and while I have completed my pairing with the application Fastrack Reflex World, it is asking for a Firmware Update. Is it mandatory to do so?
A: Yes, it’s mandatory to update the firmware to experience the best version of the watch.
25. My Fastrack Reflex World crashes every time I open the application. What needs to be done?
A: Kindly uninstall and reinstall the application. If the issue persists, please contact the toll-free number 18002660123 or can write to us at smartdesk@titan.co.in.
26. I am not located in India and my contact number comes with a different country code. How do I register myself in the application?
A: Even though you are not in India, the registration process for the application remains the same. Select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions and enter your mobile number. On the next screen, enter the OTP to complete registration. The list of countries where you will receive the OTP is as follows:
Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Philippines, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Japan.
27. My phone is continuously ringing even after I have gone back to some other screen on the watch or pressed the power button on my phone. How do I stop the ringing after I have found my phone?
A: Tapping on “Find Phone” from the watch raises a notification on the phone apart from the ringing in the phone. Just tap on the notification from the Fastrack Reflex World app and the phone would stop ringing.
In case major issues are being faced that are not being resolved by any of the above answers mentioned, especially concerning the hardware of the watch, like the screen blanking out or the watch not charging, request you to please visit the nearest Authorized Service Center.

Note on the accuracy of Activity tracker
The Limitless FS1 is a tool that provides information on your training and activity performance and one that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle. The Limitless FS1 relies on sensors that track your movement and other metrics. The data and information provided by it is a close estimation of your activity and metrics tracked but may not be completely accurate, including the steps, distance, Heartrate, Blood saturation and calorie data.
Note – Accurate user data (height, weight, gender and age) information improves the accuracy of the algorithms that process the activity data.
Some activities may cause frequent arm movement resulting in the device recording too many steps, like:
• Driving a vehicle (usually due to rough terrain)
• A restless night of sleep There are also instances where a lack of arm movement may result in a loss of steps while you are walking, like:
• Pushing a stroller or shopping cart • Carrying a bag of groceries or child • Talking on phone and walking.
