WARRANTY
For warranties, please DO NOT ship your product or parts back to the manufacturer without contacting EAGLE PEAK Consumer Support first, the consumer purchaser must obtain prior authorization from EAGLE PEAK Consumer Support first.
Please read and save the owners manual instructions before attempting to use your greenhouse.
1 Year limited warranty
Please email EAGLE PEAK customer service before returning the product to our shop. Global Shade Corporation warrants for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, this product against any defects in materials or workmanship. At its discretion, Global Shade Corporation may provide replacement parts for defective parts to original purchaser after its own review and examination. Original receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of defect is required. Global Shade Corporation will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred outside the continental USA. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
- This 1 Year Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage of the product, abuse or misuse, or use of this product that does not comply with the product instructions including damage from inclement weather conditions, such as wind, rain, hail, snow or other forces of nature. In case of inclement weather, take down and store the greenhouse remove and store valuables, and seek appropriate shelter.
- Certain regions are extreme on greenhouse tops of any type. If you live in altitudes above 3000 feet the warranty period for your greenhouse top will be limited to 6 months from the date of original purchase.
- This warranty does not cover any product purchased through non authorized dealers and/or online auction websites.
- This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner.
Global Shade Corporation does not warrant against and under no circumstances shall Global Shade Corporation be liable or responsible for any personal loss, injury, or direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
This product is designed and intended for garden usage. Prolonged exposure to UV rays will cause any fabric to fade and deteriorate and is NOT covered by this 1 Year Limited Warranty. All replacement products or parts will assume the remaining warranty of the original product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
It is your responsibility to read and save these instructions before attempting to set up your greenhouse. We would also like to suggest that you follow these safety precautions, care and maintenance tips when using your greenhouse.
- Never set up or continue to use in any snow, hail, rain, wind or storm conditions, especially lightning storms. Damage can occur to your greenhouse and put you and others in potential danger.
- We suggest that you take your time in order to avoid bending the frame or pinching your fingers or hands while opening and closing the frame.
- Avoid setting up your greenhouse on steep inclines.
- Keep your greenhouse away from heat and flames at all times. Do not barbecue or build fires under your greenhouse.
- Hand wash the top using only mild soap and water. Never use harsh detergents, abrasives or bleach. Do not machine wash fabric components.
- Never fold or store your greenhouse when it is wet or damp. Let it dry completely to avoid mildew.
- The frame MUST be staked or properly weighted down at all times.
IMPORTANT
This is a one person setup greenhouse.
However, having a partner to assist in assembling the PE top makes the process easier and more efficient.
Handle with care during cover assembly, avoid force or excessive movement.
SET UP THE GREENHOUSE
Step 1 : OPEN THE FRAME
- Remove all protected films from the frame, lift and partially pull the frame apart.
- Hold and lift one leg of the frame while stepping back until the frame opens fully enough.
- From under the frame, use one hand to push the central bottom hub straight up until it clicks into the central pole.
(Make sure the lock system is working properly) - Rotate/twist the center hub to UNLOCK the frame and narrow down the frame slightly toward the center.
Step 2: ATTACH THE PE TOP
- Unfold the PE top, lay it at on the ground. Locate the doors, unzip the 2 doors. Place the PE top onto the top of the frame. (Better with a PARTNER) Avoid top cap hooking into the liner of the PE top.
NOTE: The four corners of the PE TOP must be placed above the LEG CAPs. Make it corner-to-corner.
- Secure the four corners of the PE top to the corners of the frame using Velcro connections.
Step 3: LOCK THE FRAME
- From under the greenhouse, use one hand to push the central bottom hub straight up until it clicks into the central pole.
Step 4: ADJUST THE GREENHOUSE HEIGHT
- Press the push button on each leg and raise or lower to adjust the greenhouse height.
Step 5: VELCRO CONNECTION
- Secure the PE top to the legs of the frame using the Velcro connections.
Step 6: SECURE THE GREENHOUSE IN PLACE
- Insert the stake into the footpad of each leg.
- Insert stakes into the loops at bottom of sidewall.
- Tie four ropes to the corners of the top fabric. Measure out from each leg to a proper distance and secure four stakes to the ground. Tie the ropes to the stakes in the ground. Ensure that the rope has the proper tension by adjusting the plastic adjusters on the ropes.
Step 7: ROLL UP THE DOOR AND THE CURTAIN
- Roll up the door and the curtains if necessary.
- Put sand or gravel into the long sandbag under each window on both sides of the wall to help weight it down.
- Hang over pots on the hooks if necessary. Maximum weight capacity: 20 lbs.
Step 8 Attach the Support Pole for Snow Defence
- Press the push pin on the pole and raise or lower to adjust the height. Align its top braket to the bottom of the center hub and the other end on the ground.
- Adjust to right height, use adjustable knob to fine-tune the height until the braket holds firmly against the center hub.
- Insert two stakes into the holes of the knob.
- Adjust the height using the fine-tuning knob pad until the bracket is securely fastened against the center hub and the knob pad is securely fastened against the ground.
- Insert two stakes into the designated holes on the knob.
TAKE DOWN THE GREENHOUSE
- Pull up all stakes from the ground. Empty the long sandbags on both sides.
- Press the push button on each leg and retract the legs to their original height.
- Get underneath the greenhouse. Rotate/twist the center hub counterclockwise to unlock the frame.
- Take o the PE top, lift one corner of the frame until all legs are raised o the ground except for the one leg on the opposite corner. Push inward until the frame is fully closed
