PRODUCT USE & CARE
This product is designed and tested specifically for use with TV’s and TV/AV accessories, for the maximum stated weight.
- Recommended use: Do not exceed the stated weight limit or use the product for any other purposes other than those for which it is intended.
- Ongoing care/Maintenance: Regularly clean your cabinet with a dry microfibre or lint-free cloth to keep it looking its best. Do not use abrasive products or chemicals. You may use glass cleaner for any glass surfaces.
- Assembly: Assemble the furniture on a flat and smooth surface (such as clean carpet or a blanket) to avoid scratching the surface(s). Do not use power tools to assemble.
- Natural flexing: This product is constructed from engineered timber/wood materials. Over time,some minor bending or flexing may naturally occur – especially with heavier and/or unevenly distributed loads, and/or with changes in humidity. This is a normal characteristic of the material.
- Load distribution matters: To maximise safety & product performance – always distribute weight as evenly as possible. For example, ensure accessories are distributed evenly throughout the cabinet and not placed all on one side or in the middle. Ensure the TV has a wide support base.
WARNINGS
- Children have died from furniture tipping over.
- Always secure your television with an anchor device.
- Never allow children to stand on, climb, or hang from this furniture.
- This item contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep away from children!

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Your AVS Furniture comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please note the warranty does not cover (not an extensive list):
- Incorrect Assembly: Damage caused by not following the assembly instructions properly. Use of incorrect tools or missing/incorrect fasteners.
- Improper Use: Using the furniture for something it wasn’t designed for (e.g., standing or climbing on it). Exceeding recommended weight limits.
- Modifications or Alterations: Any changes to the original design, including drilling holes, cutting, painting, or staining the furniture.
- Commercial Use: Using furniture in a commercial, rental, or public space.
- Environmental Damage: Exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, heat sources (heaters, fireplaces), or outdoor conditions. Mould or mildew caused by improper storage or use.
- Improper Care: Using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or failing to follow the care instructions provided.
- Accidental Damage or Misuse: Scratches, dents, stains, or chips from normal wear and tear, accidents, pets, or children. Moving or transporting the furniture without proper protection.
- Third-Party Repairs or Parts: Repairs or replacements carried out by unauthorised service providers or use of non-original parts.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Natural fading, minor cosmetic blemishes, and material changes over time, which occur with regular use.
- Incorrect Installation: If furniture is incorrectly installed e.g. trying to mount the furniture to a wall.
