Hello, thank you very much for purchasing and experiencing the FB5222 Smart Battery Pack product. This product must be used in combination with the F7200 portable power station. Before using this product, please read the manual carefully for proper operation.

According to the transportation requirements for battery products, the battery level of this product is less than 30% when it leaves the factory to comply with transportation regulations. After unpacking, please fully charge the product before first use.

Usage Precautions

1. Please avoid long-term storage and use of this product in environments with high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight, to prevent shortening the lifespan of the battery and other malfunctions. Do not place this product near fire sources, as it may cause serious fires or accidents.
2. Do not disassemble or modify this product under any circumstances. Improper operation may cause product malfunctions or even fire. Unauthorized disassembly or modification may void the Warranty.
3. Be careful not to drop the product from a height or let it fall, to avoid damaging the product.
4. Please store or use this product out of the reach of children. Dropping or impact of the product may cause physical injury to children. Keep the product away from pets as well.
5. Please use the original accessories provided by our company. We will not provide warranty service for product defects caused by using nonoriginal accessories.
6. Please connect the product directly to wall outlet for charging. Avoid using extension cords or cable splitters, as there is a risk of damage to extension cords and cable splitters, or even fire. If using a power strip to charge this product, do not connect other electrical appliances to the same power strip; otherwise, there is a high risk of the household circuit breaker tripping.
7. When the product is not in use or idle, please switch the powered off before unplugging power of this product to the OFF position and unplug the power cord. Ensure the product is completely. If you need to leave it unused for a long time, please discharge the product from a full charge to no power, then charge it to about 50% before storage. To extend the product’s life, please operate and store it in this manner every three months.
8. If the product reaches the end of its service life, please dispose of or recycle it in accordance with local laws and regulations. Contact your local recycling center for proper disposal instructions.

Product Introduction

This product is a portable power expansion pack with charging and discharging functions. It is mainly used to expand the capacity of the F7200 energy storage power supply through parallel connection. It features aparallel switch and parallel input/ output ports : The main features of this product are as follow:

• Utilizes EVE brand lithium iron phosphate battery cells, with a battery capacity of up to 5222.4Wh, offering extremely high safety.
• Can be connected in parallel with the F7200 energy storage power supply to increase the capacity of the F7200.

Introduction to Key Function

1. LCD Screen

Displays the product’s battery level and usage status prompts.

2. Main Power Switch (LongPress)

Usage Method: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to wake up the system and turn on the LCD display.
Long press again for 3 seconds to turn it off.

3. Parallel Input and Output

Expansion is achieved by connecting to the main unit via a parallel cable. This interface supports a maximum of 200A input and output.

Screen Display Instruction

Battery Display: When this product is in a charging state, the battery progress bar will continuously rotate clockwise like a marquee, and the battery percent- age will gradually increase. When the product’s battery level is at 0%, the battery percentage icon will flash.

Input and Output Status: When the product is operating, the total input power, total output power, and the cursor corresponding to the working area will be displayed on the screen.

Battery Pack Connection Instructions

Through the parallel cable, the main unit can connect up to two battery packs, achieving a maximum capacity of 15666 Wh. Please connect the products while both the main unit and the battery packs are powered off. After the connection is complete, the display screen will show the S1 and S2 connection indicators. Once the parallel connection is successful, the system can start charging or discharging. During charging and discharging after the parallel connection, the charging and discharging power will be allocated according to the battery levels.
To ensure balanced charging and discharging, the system will automatically distribute power based on the remaining capacity of each battery pack. When charging, the unit with a higher battery level will have a lower charging power; during discharging, the unit with a higher battery level will have a higher output power. After the parallel connection is successful, if there is no external charging, energy exchange may occur between the main unit and the slave unit. When the remaining battery levels of both units become similar, the charging process will stop.

Important Notes

• It is prohibited to plug or unplug the parallel cable while the product is operating.Please connect or disconnect the products when they are powered off.
• Do not short-circuit the parallel port of the main unit.

• Damage caused by usage beyond normal parameters is not covered under the warranty service.
