II. overview
Condition code meaning of number 2 vehicle:

EO02. Check if the brake handle has returned to its original position due to obstacles caused by the second brake. If possible, replace the brake and test it.
E06. Check if the instrument voltage level is answered or if the battery or power supply voltage is normal.
E07.Check if the motor connection line is normal and if the phase line sequence matches the Hall effect. If there are no Hall effect motor problems, it is more complex to check if the motor is stuck. It is more likely that only the motor or controller can be replaced to test if the old throttle damaged. Check if the handle can return to its original position normally. If possible, try replacing the handle.
E09. Controller faults are usually caused by damage to the controller MOS, which can only be replaced.
E10. Communication reception failure: First, check if the plug of the instrument is normal (the circuit sent by the controller and received by the instrument is abnormal). Secondly, if the controller cannot work, check if the electric door lock of the instrument is damaged. Overall, it means that the controller sends a connection line and the instrument receives data, and one party has a problem.
E11. communication transmission failure means that the controller cannot receive data from the instrument (the circuit sent by the instrument and received by the controller is abnormal, and the other circuit is normal). Overall, check the relevant circuits first, then answer specific questions, check the relevant components, and replace them with relative comparison tests if possible

Step 1: Connect the positive and negative terminals of the power supply, the red and black wires, to provide power.
Step 2: Connect the motor phase lines A/B/C.
Step 3: Connect the instrument line of protocol 2, and then use the instrument development machine to achieve full power on.
Step 4: Connect the two white learning wires on the controller, and then power on the instrument development machine. At this time, the wheels will automatically rotate. If the wheels change, the instrument does not need to be turned off. After unplugging the learning wire and stopping the wheels, plug in the learning wire and turn it forward. Then unplug the learning wire and turn off the power.
Step 5: Connect the motor Hall six pin or pin Hall personnel.
Step 6: Connect the throttle knob, red 5V, green knob signal wire, and black back pole wire in the correct order.
Step 7: Connect the PAS assist system, red 5V, yellow assist signal, and black back pole. If there is no assist pedal on the vehicle, do not connect it.
Q2. Is my motor a brushless motor? How can I tell?
A: This controller s for brushless motors. Brushless motors are 3-phase wires + 5/6 Hall wires.
Q3. The LCD displays an E06 error code after install it, what is the problem?
A: This is a battery under voltage code, check if the battery is full and also please set your voltage in P03 in the LCD settings.
Q4. The LCD shows E07 error code after my installation, what is the problem?
A: This is a motor fault code, please check if the hall sensor and phase wire are connected correctly. And drive the motor with 4-5 high speed, EO7 will disappear.
Q5. My brushless motor only has 3-phase wires, can T use this LCD kit?
A: We do not recommend LCD kit, but Hall will show E07 error code. We recommend our $810 LED panel Kit, you ean search in our shop.
Q6. My motor reverses, what do I do?
A: Please plug in the learning wire (auto-detect) to check your motor parameters for normal drive and compatibility, disconnect and plug in again to change the motor drive direction.
